Noor's Designs is a specialty company that helps our customers make creative expressions in an exquisite fashion. Our specialties are web and print publications, events and meeting management, image development, and other creative statements.

We serve primarily small businesses and organizations. At Noor's Designs, we pay particular attention to providing high-quality products and services that respond to each client's desires, while recognizing their sometimes limited budget resources.

Althia Ali is the founder and creative consultant for Noor's Designs. She holds a doctorate of education degree in higher education administration and spent over 25 years in higher education as a faculty member and executive. After leaving higher education in 1999, Althia pursued her entrepreneurial interests. The results were development of two small businesses (Academic and Educational Resources, an educational consulting company), Noor's Designs, and Gamma Gamma Chi Sorority, Inc. (a non-profit corporation that she co-founded with her daughter). In 2006, Althia returned to school to shore up her skills in web design and management through the University of Denver's Master's Certificate Program in Web Design and Management. Dr. Ali has traveled over the world both professionally and as a tourist. With Noor's Designs, Althia integrates her executive level experience, her broad travels, and her design interests and capabilities in a way that captures the attention of many.

With over 30 years experience in the public and private sectors, Althia knows what high quality looks like, and she knows how to produce top-tier results designed to meet individual and business needs and preferences by working with and through other resources. Through Noor's Designs, Althia works on every detail until it conforms to the agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW) that is developed between our clients and us. No detail is too large or small to attend to during the project period.
